This tour begins at the iconic St John’s Parish Church, a classic 1640 Gothic style Anglican Church with panoramic views of the East Coast. We take you along the Hackleton’s Cliff escarpment, an impressive geological feature encasing the entire Scotland District. We then ride through the environmentally friendly, bio-dynamic PEG Farm, to Cotton Tower, a signal station left over from colonial days. We continue out to Blackmans Bridge and then eventually summit Chimborazo, in St. Joseph, one of the highest points in the island. Now we descend into the primeval forest of Braggs Hill, out to Mount Wilton Plantation and back via trail to Paris Hill, where the locals have uniquely painted murals into the limestone “cut rock”. Then we make our way back to the start along Casuarina tree lined trails and country back roads for post ride refreshments.
